*This is a nonrefundable deposit and all money paid will have taxes collected. Your security deposit will go towards your account balance. Once you have paid your deposit your spot will be confirmed for the room type you have selected (single, double or triple occupancy). All spots are first come, first serve. Once a room type is sold out there will not be any more openings unless a guest cannot make the retreat and has to forfeit their room. An email and invoice for the remaining amount/payment plan will be forthcoming once your security deposit has been paid. Please not if you are booking with a partner, send an email over so you can be placed in the same double/triple occupancy room together. Both guests (or all three guests) will need to have paid their security deposit before being confirmed in a room together. (i.e. if one guest books on one day and her best friend books on another day, this will risk the both of them not being in the same room together.) Double and triple occupant rooms will have roommates. The only one that will not have a roommate will be the single occupant room.
